U.S. actually depending on Mexico?

On the date of September 26, 2016, Conor Sen of the website called Bloomberg View said on an article called "The Future of the U.S. economy Lies in Mexico." that the muscle behind the expansion of the U.S. economy lies within Mexico.
One sentence says that states with lower Hispanic populations are more likely to go through a managed economic decline. Another part of the article says that Ford has a lot of new factories in Mexico making new cars. So much that Conor said nine of the eleven new car factories were built in Mexico.
In the Southern and the Western part of the United States, the number of Hispanics doing labor is dropping. In the North and East, the labor forces are shrinking and a populations are aging. Most of the work force in North America other than the U.S. is Mexico.
Mexico is such a benefit not just because of the workforce but of how Mexico is right next to our country. Other companies can just go right down there, make factories and open up a lot of jobs and opportunities for them in order to benefit our economy.
Overall, the U.S. might have a lot of Hispanic workers boosting some states' economies, but some businesses might go down to Mexico in order to prosper. China might have a lot of influence on The U.S.'s economy, but Mexico is not far behind.
